Project Pilot
The TRAMA project pilot is a three-month programme taking place between January and April 2024. During this hybrid pilot, participants go through the online training programme and attend supplemental expert webinars conducted by our educators.
The online course aims to offer training for the role of Transparency Manager in the Fashion Industry, a professional dedicated to guiding fashion brands towards sustainable and ethical practices.

Module 1: Understanding the Fashion Supply Chain
Learning about the fashion supply chain: history and geography, various types, and its impact on our planet. Supply Chain Innovation: Keep updated with new technologies and trends in supply chain management. -
Module 2: Fashion Supply Chain Phases 1 and 2
Learning about the different stages of a fashion supply chain, including raw materials and sourcing. -
Module 3: Fashion Supply Chain Phases 3 and 4
Learning about the different stages of a fashion supply chain, including manufacturing, and distribution. -
Module 4: Introduction to Fashion Supply Chain Transparency
Understanding the importance of transparency within the fashion industry, including the benefits for companies, consumers, and the environment. -
Module 5: Developing and Implementing Fashion Transparency Practices
Developing and implementing transparency practices, including the use of tools such as audits, certifications, and traceability systems. -
Module 6: Data Management for Fashion Supply Chain Transparency
Learning how to collect, analyse, and report on data and information related to supply chain transparency, including sustainability metrics and performance indicators. -
Module 7: Continuous Improvement in Fashion Transparency and Sustainability
Developing a process for continuous improvement in supply chain transparency and sustainability, including setting goals and measuring progress. -
Module 8: The Risks and Challenges of Fashion Supply Chain Transparency
Identifying and managing risks and challenges related to supply chain transparency, such as human rights violations and environmental impacts. Understanding the legal and regulatory trends and eventual requirements related to supply chain transparency. -
Module 9: Transparency Communications in the Fashion Industry
Understanding how to effectively communicate transparency efforts to internal and external stakeholders, including customers, investors, and NGOs. -
Module 10: Collaboration and Networking: Building Relationships for Fashion Transparency
Building relationships and networking with other organisations and industry groups to share knowledge and best practices.
Accompanying the online training programme is a series of expert webinars covering more practical information related to the online modules.

In this concluding session, participants will recap the key learnings from the TRAMA programme and explore how these can be applied in their professional settings. Information regarding the certification process, the final project, and its submission guidelines will also be provided.
Upon successful completion of the pilot programme, participants will be eligible to receive one of the following certifications:

Certificate Issued by the TRAMA Consortium
Participants must complete the online training programme, including all modules and quizzes. The comprehensive final course quiz is designed to assess participants' knowledge and understanding of the course content. -
Certification by Athens University of Economics and Business Management Science Library
To achieve this certification, participants must not only complete the online training programme but also attend all webinars. Additionally, they must submit a final project demonstrating their ability to apply the acquired knowledge to real-world scenarios. This certification signifies a deeper level of commitment and expertise.
Fashion Transparency and Traceability: Policies and Implementation

This conference unpacks the journey of fashion products from raw materials to finished goods, emphasizing the need for transparency and traceability to ensure ethical practices and sustainability. The evening features a series of expert-led sessions, starting with Francesca Romana Rinaldi, Director Monitor for Circular Fashion SDA Bocconi & UNECE Expert, discussing the UNECE Sustainability Pledge, followed by Catherine Dauriac, Fashion Revolution France Country Coordinator, on the transparency of French natural fibers, and insights from Yuka Martin Mendo, Fashion Revolution Japan Country Coordinator. The event also includes a special presentation on the role of the "Transparency Manager in the Fashion Industry" and concludes with a discussion on best practices by Pauline Matterson of Ethos Pathos.
