Welcome to the TRAMA Project Website

1 Nov 2022

We are happy to announce that the TRAMA project website is now ready.

The purpose of the TRAMA project is to tackle issues connected to the fashion industry and the disastrous impact it has on our environment, while offering a new profession more in line with the labour market need – with solid global potential.

The Transparency Manager in the Fashion Industry is specialised in understanding the fashion value chain with the task of ensuring that fashion brands are moving towards more sustainable and ethical practices and that actors operating within follow ethical, responsible, and sustainable practices.

The TRAMA consortium partners represent different countries, specialisations, and expertise. Together, they will offer concrete solutions to make the fashion industry more sustainable and ethical.

The following are the intellectual outputs of the project:

  • Curriculum & Job Profile
The Curriculum & Job Profile details the skills and competences to be an efficient and effective transparency manager as well as the tasks the professional will perform to enable transparency adoption at all levels of the organisation.

  • Training Programme
The flexible and learner-centred TRAMA training programme will enable the participants to gain the competences and expertise needed to complete their job.

  • Handbook for practitioners
The handbook will give those who want to deliver the TRAMA programme the necessary information and references to run the programme smoothly, while offering knowledge and techniques to foster participants’ development.

The TRAMA partners will soon hold their first transnational partnership meeting in Athens.
